A lack of water in the body can result in feeling tried or sluggish. Water boosts your energy as it is a source of fuel for your body, and without it your body can’t perform to its best. Don’t wait until you feel thirsty, drink water regularly to stay hydrated and keep your energy levels up!

  1. Detoxifies the body

Water helps to rid your body of toxins, by helping your kidneys to remove waste products from the body through urinating, sweating and breathing. Drinking water also improves your body’s ability to absorb nutrients, by helping to break down food.
